Тендер на конкурсной основе
Приглашение компаниям частного сектора принять участие в конкурсе на размещение заказа на производство товара или услуги для государственного сектора. Конкурсная форма отбора производителей способствует развитию конкуренции в сфере предоставления общественных товаров и услуг (см. Collective products) и, следовательно, приводит к сокращению расходов государственных учреждений, местных властей и учреждений здравоохранения. См. Deregulation. Complementary products. Комплементарные (взаимодополняющие) продукты. Товары или услуги, спрос на которые является «совмещенным» (joint demand), т.е. рост цен на один из этих товаров приводит к снижению спроса на другой.
